Andy tried to rush over, to find out what was happening, nurses pushed the tall man back “Stay there!” one nurse exclaimed as they began rushing around, Andy’s legs failed and he fell back into a chair, tears falling down his cheeks as he buried his face in his hands, I should be comforting Ashley. “Wh-why isn’t she crying?” Ashley asked, tears starting to form in his eyes, Andy shook his head “I don’t know” he whispered as the doctors took their daughter to a corner of the room and began strapping heart monitors to the small infant. “It’s a girl” The doctor informed them with a smile, Andy kissed Ashley happily and squeezed his hand gently, feeling unbelievably happy and proud.Ī few moments passed and no sound came from the child, the smiles dropped from everyone’s faces and it became evident something was wrong. Laying on the hospital bed, Ashley pushed one final time and the nurses quickly cut the cord and bundled the baby up.

“One more, come on, you can do it!” Andy’s encouraging words were whispered into his boyfriends ear who was currently a screaming, red-faced mess. Could you do one where Ashley is giving birth to his and Andy’s first child but when it comes out it’s not breathing and andy and ash are heartbroken until they suddenly hear the baby’s first cry?
